Patent Protection Before My Partner Deploys

As CEO of a start up company, in the R and D part of growth. My partner is leaving to Afghanistan this week. He is the inventor listed and the Company to own patents. Paperwork is lacking. For the lack of time, in review of the Patent Lawyers paperwork, I see a Power of Attorney attached to the documents/drawings. Is this a standard practice? I need to know what kind of further protective paperwork, should he sign before deploying. Any other recommendations PLEASE

Invention company stats.

I have been reading the new Inventors Digest and I see again that InventHelp claims to have signed up 5,336 inventors and that 27 have made more than they paid. What a lot of people don't know is that to keep their numbers up they will sign up an inventor for a lower than normal fee and then later buy their idea for just a little bit more than the inventor paid. This way the inventor makes a little bit more than they paid and InventHelp gets to show what good guys they are. They also have there… Continue
